Leeds Grenville residents who are still paying last year’s heating bills may be eligible for some help, through the Energy Utilities Fund.
In order to qualify, you have to show that you are within a specific wage bracket, and you are either seriously behind on paying your heating bills, or you are unable to replenish your fuel supply.
