Health Unit challenges kids to get healthy with grants up to $10,000

As we head into the New Year, the Leeds Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit is launching the Healthy Kids Community Challenge. The theme is: Run. Jump. Play. Every Day. There are many physical and emotional benefits of being active every day.

The Healthy Kids Community Challenge Leeds and Grenville Community Project Fund supports the creation of environments where children can be active.  Grants of up to $10,000 are available to community groups for innovative projects that promote physical activity for children up to 12 years of age.
