Update: Power has been restored in Prescott.
More than 3,500 hydro customers are without power this morning.
The hydro outage is being reported by Hydro One but is affecting customers of Rideau St. Lawrence Distribution in Prescott as well.
Right now, there’s no details as to what is causing the problem.
Hydro One’s current estimate is 6:30am for the restoration of power.
