A Brockville man has been arrested after a shooting on Cartier Court in Brockville.
Brockville Police Services say officers responded to an apartment building on the court and found a man being attended to by paramedics. According to police they took another man in to custody and later charged him with a number of firearm related offences.
The man who was shot was taken to hospital with what police described as nonlife threatening injuries. Brockville Police commended the timely response and action of paramedics.
The accused man is due to appear in court tomorrow
