United Counties Set to Use Pesticides for Weed Control Starting Tomorrow

Tomorrow the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville are using pesticide to control weeds along some rural and county roads.

According to its website the United Counties have asked DeAngelo Brothers Corporation to spray all county roads under their care and some township roads in municipalities including Augusta, Edwardsburgh-Cardinal and Merrickville-Wolford.

The United Counties say residents can reach out to request “No Spray” signage for their property. A description of the pesticide being used and a link to the full map of roads that will be sprayed can be found here.
