The Town of Prescott have released the 2018 Summer Play Guide.

The Town’s Tourism and Recreation Coordinator Katie Allard says they’ve added a number of programs this year.

According to Allard they will also be hosting Pre-School in the Park every Monday all summer. Children between the ages of two and five are invited to join them to learn physical literacy skills and enjoy a swimming lesson.

Town Hall have partnered with the Prescott Lawn Bowling Club to give kids between the age of 8 and 12 a free introduction to the game. Allard says this is just one of many free programs that can be found in the Play Guide. She adds that this year they’re also offering online registration.

Online registration becomes available on June 1st. There are also two day trips in the guide, one to Mont Cascades Water Park and one to Fun Haven. Allard says supervision will be provided for children up to six years old and that younger kids are welcome to attend, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
