The 46th annual Leo Boivin Midget Showcase is this weekend and the festivities kick off tonight with the Road to the Leo lead-up.
South Grenville Minor Hockey has teamed up with the Town of Prescott to put on this free event. There will be games and public skating from 6:00pm to 7:00pm with players from the South Grenville Rangers, Rideau St. Lawrence Kings and Brockville Braves joining community members on the ice.
The tournament’s first game will be at 7:30pm when the Kingston U-18 Frontenacs faceoff against the U-18 team from the Canadian Hockey Academy. A weekend pass is $20 per adult and all of the events will take place at the Leo.
