A 39-year-old man has been arrested in the sexual assault of a woman on Wolfe Island. On Friday, Leeds County OPP launched an investigation into the assault that happened between December 8th and the 11th. The 34-year-old woman was taken to hospital.
A warrant was issued for Michael Ross Burnett of no fixed address, on charges of sexual assault causing bodily harm and forcible confinement. Burnett was arrested by Kingston Police on December 13th.
