Grenville County OPP officers were busy over the weekend with a number of collisions.
The OPP says officers were called to 53 reported collisions throughout the weekend. Impaired driving played a part in one of the collisions.
On Friday evening, police were called to a two vehicle crash on County Road 43 near Shoppers Drug Mart in Kemptville. When officers arrived on scene they determined that a female driver was impaired by alcohol.
The 36-year-old from North Grenville was charged for driving while impaired and driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in her blood.
Police say the crash caused minor vehicle damage but there were no injuries.
The woman was released and will appear in Kemptville court on February 7th.
