The OPP is asking the public to keep any eye out for a transport trailer that fled the scene of an collision.
Just after 8:30pm on January 3rd police say they responded to reports of a fail to remain collision at the westbound Highway 401 Service Centre in Front of Yonge Township. A second tractor trailer was badly damaged when it was hit by the suspect vehicle in the parking lanes. According to police the driver then left the scene.
The trailer is described as white with “All Routes” written down the side. Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact the OPP at 1-800-310-1122.
