The date has been picked for the Leeds Grenville SPCA Polar Bear Plunge fundraiser.
Animal lovers will now have to wait until April 22nd to jump into the St. Lawrence while raising money for the SPCA. The event was originally scheduled to take place on January 1st but had to be postponed due to extreme cold. Registration is $25 and will take place at Dive Brockville Adventure Centre at 12:30pm. The plunge itself takes place at Centeen Park at 2:00pm but participants are asked to arrive for 1:45pm.
