The Town of Prescott wants to remind residents that overnight parking restrictions are in effect.
The seasonal regulations went into effect on November 1st and the first big snow fall of the year is promoting a reminder from town hall. Cars are asked not to park on the road to help accomodate snow removal and will remain in place until March 31st.
According to town by-law 19-86, which covers parking regulations and penalties, failing to follow parking regulations carries a fine of between $2 and $300.
