Brockville General Hospital has released the results of the Smile Cookie campaign.
This year the Joyce Group, owners of five Brockville Tim Horton’s, raised just over $14,000 for the Brockville General Hospital’s Women and Children’s Program. Joyce Group member Natasha Avis says the Smile Cookie Campaign is a good cause they love doing, adding that staff get to have more fun because it is totally different from normal operations.
The money will be used to buy a Panda Warmer Infant Care Centre, which allows hospital staff to give direct heat to infants and makes weighing babies easier. According to BGH the Joyce Group has raised over $105,000 through the sale of Smile Cookies.
