The Spirit of Giving is coming to Maynard, Cardinal and Spencerville this week.
On Tuesday South Grenville District High School students will be visiting residents of Maynard. The volunteers are collecting unwrapped toys, clothing and non-perishable food donations for the Kinsmen Club’s Spirit of Giving hampers. On Wednesday the students will be going door to door in Cardinal and Spencerville. Both walk and knocks will be held between 5:30pm and 8:00pm.
Today and tomorrow are also the last dates for interested parties to sign up at Prescott Town Hall as hamper recipients. Registration will be open from 1:00pm until 3:00pm on the main floor of town hall.
