The deadline to apply for Town of Prescott Community Grants has almost arrived.
Applications will not be accepted after 3:00pm on Friday. The grants are meant to help fund projects put on by non-profit organizations that serve residents of the town. To be eligible for a grant the group must be a registered charity with the Canadian Revenue Agency, or an unincorporated non-profit organization.
The grants cannot be used for projects that are religious or political. Flow through, deficit and retroactive funding requests will also be turned away. Applications can be submitted to Nancy Lavallee by faxing 613-925-4381, emailing [email protected] or dropping a physical copy of at town hall.
