Federal Inmate Wanted

A federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant has breached his parole.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is asking residents to be on the lookout for Michael Kim, a 25-year-old South-east Asian man with short black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos on his neck, upper left arm, and right forearm.
He is serving a sentence for assault causing bodily harm and break and entering and is known to visit areas around Kingston, Toronto, London, and Windsor.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the provincial ROPE Squad or call Crime Stoppers.
