St. Lawrence College announces semester extension

St. Lawrence College has announced schedule changes.

To compensate for time lost during the on-going post-secondary faculty strike the college’s President Glenn Vollebregt says they will be extending the fall semester. The college now plans to be open for regular classes the week of December 18^th to the 22^nd and the first two weeks of January. The new end date for the semester is January 12^th.

Vollebregt noted that these changes apply to most programs and is based on the assumption that students will be in class on or before November 20^th. The changes may change further depending on how much longer the strike lasts.
