A 20-year-old man from Toronto is facing charges after speeding on the 401 near Prescott. Just before 2:00 in the morning on Thursday, November 26th, police stopped the 2005 Honda Civic for traveling at more than 30 kph over the speed limit.
The driver was operating with a suspended license stemming from an earlier conviction. He was charged with driving while disqualified and his vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
