A 22-year-old man is heading to court after driving impaired in South Dundas. Just after 10:30pm on Saturday night, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry OPP officers were conducting a RIDE program spot check at the intersection of Carman Road and County Road 18.
A check inside the vehicle revealed the driver had been drinking. Further investigation showed he was also breaking an earlier condition against the consumption of alcohol. He was held in custody pending a bail appearance on Monday.
