The North Grenville Municipal Centre will be the site of a blood donor clinic on Thursday, August 31st.
Appointments run from 1:30pm to 4:00pm and from 5:00pm to 7:30pm.
Canadian Blood Services says O- blood is still needed with less than three days of inventory left. That blood type is used in emergencies when there’s not enough time to test someone’s blood type because it can be used on everyone and is known as the universal blood type.
The organization holds more than 14,000 clinics per year. They are held monthly at the municipal centre.
