After pulling over a motorized bicycle for a traffic infringement, Brockville Police ended up laying several charges.
The incident happened Thursday evening on Buell Street. While talking to the 41-year-old rider, police determined the man was drunk. He also refused to provide a breath sample.
Police then learned the man had a lifetime disqualification from driving.
Brockville Police then arrested him for impaired driving, as his bicycle did have a motor. They also laid charges of driving while disqualified and refusal to provide breath samples.
