The CAO and Director of Public Works & Infrastructure will invite local companies to submit tenders for town maintenance projects. The request was approved by Council on Monday. Those activities include HVAC repair, plumbing work, general contracting and more. The town is looking for contract pricing for two years. They say that by tendering in this fashion, the town will save over the long run.
