Brockville Police are reminding everyone not to leave their pets in vehicles for extended periods of time. On Friday, police were called out to Blockhouse Island. A dog was removed from a vehicle while the owner was on a cruise. Three dogs were also removed from a vehicle parked in the King Street West area. Both owners were issued fines under a city by-law. Police ask that you leave your pet at home on hot days.
